Vivek founded the firm in 2020 and leads its aviation and techno-commercial practices. He advises lessors, financiers, operators and drone manufacturers on regulatory approvals, aircraft finance and leasing structures, and enforcement in India.
He appears before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal and the tribunals sitting at Chandigarh, and is instructed both directly by clients and as Indian counsel by foreign firms on aviation and cross-border commercial matters.

Swapna leads the firm’s technology and life-sciences commercial work. Her practice covers SaaS and enterprise technology contracting, data protection and privacy compliance, patent and intellectual property matters, and regulatory advice for pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical device businesses.
She also advises on technology transfer and licensing arrangements between Indian and overseas counterparties, and on the intellectual property and data questions that arise when technology is developed jointly or across borders.
